Thnx 4 the sweet comment bro. And congrats on your accomplishments! You should be proud. Plenty of drive and lots of sweat are my biggest contributors to get where I'm at. Keep up with that and you'll be there in no time flat. Keep me posted of your progress

The weather here is so freakin miserable! But you're absolutely right in regards to keeping the bodyfat off in this 110 degree sauna. lol. I am trying real hard to make improvements. Just need to get my lower abs in while keeping my strength up. I'm around 190 now, up from 180 and making my way back down to 180. Give me a couple weeks Ken and I promise you these next set of pictures will blow the rest of em out of the water! Thanks for keeping in touch!

Thanks for the comment Ken! Much appreciated. I did think I came in a little smooth and should be tighter if I want to compete with the kind of competition we saw this weekend. This was my first show of the year and I know I can make some real improvements over the season. I am preparing for the Contra Costa which is in two weeks. Then I plan on competing in Venice for the memorial day show. I am just going to play it by ear after that. Keep in touch! Dave

Thanks for wishing me luck in my competitions. Do you have any plans on competing??? I feel that competing has really helped get me in shape and it continues to motivate me to keep improving. You should consider as you have the body to do well.
