Goal (Short): Lose 35 pounds of fat and gain lean muscle.
Goal (Long): Being in the military requires me to be good physical condition all year round; before I moved to my present position (about 4 years ago)I stayed active with my soldiers...since that time I have been stuck behind a desk and it shows. I want to drop 35 pounds and gain lean muscle. Along with losing the weight; I want to lose 9% body fat.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 35 lb

Thanks 4 your suggestions. I would love to do weight training in the early a.m. For some reason I have the hardest time getting motivated to lift that early. lol. I'll have to work on that. :)
