Being in the military requires me to be good physical condition all year round; before I moved to my present position (about 4 years ago)I stayed active with my soldiers...since that time I have been stuck behind a desk and it shows. I want to drop 35 pounds and gain lean muscle. Along with losing the weight; I want to lose 9% body fat.

Last friday i started back with the weight after a few weeks of nothing but cardio. Each circuit consisted on completing each movement back to back with little to no rest. Smoked myself and it felt great. Tuesday is a Cardio day... 5.5 mile run to the capital goodtimes =)

Hello Big A Just keep at my friend and gains will come forsure. My Competition was an awesome I was nervous as hell and i winged some of my routine lol But to place second and get a trophy was priceless. All my hardwork paid off. Just bulking now add some lean muscle mass and complete 2010 March or April . I did qualify for our nationals but thats another level. Have a great sunday God Bless and Takecare Laterz Bro
