autumnedens I am having such a hard time losing weight :(

  • Trust me, I know all about that. I used to get fast food and be a closet eater. I know its hard sometimes to make the healthy choices but mind over matter girl. Last year I started with 26% BF and it took over half the year to get down for my show. I had slip ups, we are all human, but stay on course, It's going to take time, make your meals for the week on sunday and if you are craving something drink water with lemon or coffee with stevia cause in most cases your body isn't hungry it just wants some H20. Make sure you are lifting weights because that really helps with fat loss, and cardio is a must! A little trick when I couldn't stop eating was to brush my teeth, because who wants to eat after doing that? ha-ha Keep strong!
