3 weeks into my workout after the birth of my daughter. About 6 weeks ago I was 220 lbs. Now this is really embarassing. I still have a lot of work to do. :(

It was brought to my attention that I was wearing different panties thanthe previous week so I went back and took a picture with the previous bottoms. I usually take my icture first thing in the morning. This was after 4 pm. I will be updating this again tomorrow with a a.m. picture. Boy do I feel bloated!
I have been hittng the gym, slacking with my diet and cardio this past month it def. shows. I'll be making big changes this coming month.

This is my first progress pic after the food "relapse" that I ended in mid December. I was up and down and got to 200 pounds again and decided it was time for change. Here I am 1.5 months later almost 20 pounds down! I am now back in the game and stronger than ever! More pics to come with a real camera tomorrow morning.
