name change - I looked it up in the FAQ and I think it gave me a email to write my request to and they changed it in a couple of days. Yea I didn't like my full name for my username. Kind of weird.

Hey well that sounds great at least you busted through! LOL. I'm doing a lot better, I've been consistent for about 3 weeks. Just waiting to get back to where I was weight wise. I didn't quite reach my goal for the year but I guess that what 2010 is for LOL.

haha thanks girl. I'm glad too. The holidays are usually decent for me eating wise we don't go to parties or anything. Oh actually we did, we went to my husbands work Xmas thing and we ate before so we wouldn't eat there. haha. It worked thankfully. Yea I finally started my monthly and I hope to lose all of this water retention by weds. UGH

I have quickly snapped out of it and started the same routine again. It only took me 2 weeks to lift the same weight, I just need to work on my cardio. LOL. Together we can get this thing in check and start making some real progress again :)

Girl I know exactly what you mean. When my hubby came home I weighed in at 153. Then right after I had some health issues and it kept me out for about 8 weeks. During those 8 weeks I gained over 10lbs! Then we bought a house, then we got the flu, then we moved. Shoot girl I just couldn't make the time. So I lost all focus, gym, nutrition it all went down the drain. :( I felt the same way though, maybe I'm meant to be fat. UGH.

LOL I love legs too. Chest and legs are my favs probably because those are my strong points. LOL. Yea it's great getting there early and being able to use whatever without waiting. :) So what are you working tomorrow?

sweet! I remember waking up at 4am to workout before my hubby went to work. Thank goodness my gym offers childcare now so I don't have to go so early. LOL.
Mine was good I did upper body but focused mainly on back. It was rough, I'm getting sick so I wasnt able to give 100% today. Hopefully it doesnt get too bad and I'll be in the gym pushing out a leg workout tomorrow. :)
