Goal (Long):
The past 4 years I have been overweight. I am not sure how it happened. Okay I know how it happened, years of eating the wrong things at the wrong times, not active, and multiple pregnancies. Then one day I looked into the mirror and I was 230 pounds.
I want to see my muscles like I have never seen them before. I want to look like a fitness model!
I want to make sure I have the best body I can, because you only get one.
Congratulations. Going from where you were to where you are today takes hard work and dedication. I congratulate you on your efforts. I know that your fitness journey is not over but even so you are an inspiration to so many others. Stay strong, focused and determined and may God bless.
Remember: "I'm not telling you it is going to be easy, but I am telling you it's going to be worth it."
Doing well here. Was in a rut for a while too but seemed to have gotten through it. Great thing is since it's gotten colder i've been eating more (and for the most part better too) and have busted through some plateaus.
I went from 172 this summer all the way back up to 183!! I was in agony and decided this cannot be my fate I am only 23!! So yeah.. getting back on track. Already down to 176 since I started watching what I eat last week. Keep your head up. It can be done, the most important thing, as we know, is sticking to it, follow all the way through.
I know same thing happened with me! I was in a real slump, I totally lost focus and started to feel like I would just be fat forever. (THAT was a terrible feeling) But I'm getting back on track, ready to start body for life again, and actually keep doing it after the 12 weeks are over.
nice- love back days...I usually mix up some lower back with my back days. my leg days are on Thurs. Also another one of my favs. Yeah I love getting to the gym that early so that i have all the equip. to myself
