How I Started:
I began in Feb 06' by getting a trainer, then I starting losing weight. After the transformation I got addicted. Then I got too comfortable, began working a lot, got pregnant and it all went down the drain.
Why I Love It:
I love the confidence I get from working out.

2 weeks after the birth of my daughter. I started getting back into the gym with walking.
I need to start doing MORE cardio? Uh 15-20 mins some days isn't cutting it. but I love to lift!
I want to be comfortable in my own skin again!
I want to look like a fitness model!!!

Goal (Long):
The past 4 years I have been overweight. I am not sure how it happened. Okay I know how it happened, years of eating the wrong things at the wrong times, not active, and multiple pregnancies. Then one day I looked into the mirror and I was over 220 pounds.
I want to be healthy, happy, sexy. For my family and myself. I want to see my muscles like I have never seen them before. I want to look like a fitness model!
I want to make sure I have the best body I can, because you only get one.
It's so hard I know. But sometimes we have make time for ourselves because we're worth it. I'm so sorry about the death in your family (sending you a hug). You can do this...take a day at a time, a workout at a time, and a meal at a time. We won't always be motivated or inspired. But we just need to be committed to ourselves like we are to everything else. YOU come first.
That is great! It sucks when you plateau, doesn't it? Eventually I will get some progress pics up. I need someone to take some for me since I usually take them from my phone! I am doing cardio right at the moment to see if I can drop anymore fat!!! Ugh! Sloooow process for sure!

MY DIET GENERALLY HELPED BUT RUNNING OUT DOORS IS SOO MUCH MORE BETTER! UR GETTING MORE WORK ON UR MUSCLES THRU UNLEVEL TERRAINS, MORE FRESH OXYGEN INTO UR LUNGS AND THE MAIN THING IS UR RUNNING TOWARDS A PHYSICAL TARGET RATHER THAN A NUMBER ON A SCREEN! LIFTING WISE I FOCUS ON 2 BODY PARTS A DAY AND DO AROUND 3 EXERCISES ON BOTH! STARTING OFF HEAVY AND END UP ON A HIGH REP TONAGE EXERCISE! KEEP UP THE GR8 WRK =P
