I began in Feb 06' I starting losing weight. After the transformation I got addicted. Then I got too comfortable, began working a lot, got pregnant and it all went down the drain.

Goal (Long):
The past 4 years I have been overweight. I am not sure how it happened. Okay I know how it happened, years of eating the wrong things at the wrong times, not active, and multiple pregnancies. Then one day I looked into the mirror and I was 230 pounds. I want to see my muscles like I have never seen them before. I want to look like a fitness model! I want to make sure I have the best body I can, because you only get one.

I want to LOSE 40 lb

Hey there love, glad to hear the hubs is back and all is well. Mine got back on Sunday so I can understand the eating less than healthy food. I just have to make sure that what he eats & when he eats does not effect me lol. Which is hard because when he wants to eat licorice in front of the tv I am naturally drawn to do the same thing. But we must keep our wits about us! I am sure those few lbs will come off quickly =)
