Fall13 Keeping my nutrition tight and hitting the gym. I know what dedication gets me. For me a clean diet + consistent workouts = results.

kristyj_05 Hey missy, im back :-D i was cleared today by my doctor, wahoooo, so excited to shed this fat :-)) did i mention i gained 75 lbs w/ this pregnancy & have lost 40 of it so far, to top it off when i got pregnant i was 30 lbs over the norm weight im usually stuck at...uuugh, LOTS OF WORK TO DO!!!! kristyj_05 Will check & add ya now, i know u had disappeared on me, look how time has flown im already going to be full-term on Saturday & can pick an induction day anytime after, im soooo excited & beyond ready to have him!!
