Thanks man. That picture was taken one week after my first competition in which I wont the novice light heavy weight. I am bulking up myself and training for my next competition in April. You look so huge, man. Congratulations!

Thanks, big man! When I weighed myself today I was at 166.5 lbs. and I think I'm pretty close to 7% bodyfat now. I'll have to take some updated photos tomorrow and show ya. Your looking great yourself. Your chest and arms are crazy thick. You should consider competing one of these days.
