Thank you! I didn't realize that I could inspire somebody, at least at the fitness level. I guess I just don't think I have reached the physique caliber to inspire, but I am glad none the less that I have helped you to continue striving towards your goal. thanks man! Training is going well right now! I'm just struggling to gain mass without too much BF...haha. I'm thinking about entering a competition next August, the TN bodybuilding and figure championship. I don't think I'll be ready this fall since I'll still be in college, but I know I can be ready by next August. How about you? How's training?

hey man. Yeah i got to UTK. I'm back in Nashville now tho. Training is going alright. I had to take last week off because of wisdom teeth extraction, but I plan to hit the ground running next week!

I'm still working out at World Gym this summer as long as I stay away from wrist injuries that I have been plagued with recently. We'll have to hit some workouts together.
