How I Started:
I got started "working out," in my friend's garage in 2005, but I did not start getting serious into bodybuilding until May, 2006. My father helped me get into it because he was a former bodybuilder himself, and once I started it, I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
I love the adrenaline rush I get from the pumps and lifting heavier and heavier weight. Not to mention the looks I get from the ladies.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by constantly challenging myself with new goals. I am never satisfied. I channel my stresses from the day and use that as motivation to move those steel plates.
BB Accomplishments:
I have reached my goal of weighing 225 while still looking AWESOME! In fact, I am now 230 lbs.

Goal (Long):
I have always been an athletic guy, but I have never had the ultimate body to show it. I have played almost every sport out there, most recently, ice hockey, but I still never had the physique I desired. My dad was a bodybuilder and I started getting into it with his help. I caught the weight-lifting bug. I hope to take my physique to the level I have always wanted. I would like to be 220-230 pounds, with 9% bodyfat, and reach mind-boggling poundages on my bench press, deadlift, and squat.

Sorry to hear that man. Best of luck getting back into it! As for me, I just got back training hard last week, after my 2 hernia surgeries, i was out from july to october, but i am bulking now, so hoping to hit 190 - 195 this winter!
