I know that supplements can help aide in progress before and after workouts. I like to take good tasting and healthy supplements.
I take muscle pharm assault for my pre workout. I take one scoop and mix it with 10-12 ounces of water before every workout. When I am lifting, I will take trutein protein (1 scoop) about an hour after workouts. When I am doing cardio only, I will take Syntha-6 protein (1 scoop) mixed with skim milk. I will also take 1 scoop of Syntha-6 mixed with skim milk during the day during lunch so I get protein throughout the entire day.
