How I Started:
To cut a long story short - I stopped smoking then started eating..... The problem is, I started eating all the wrong things!
I did BFL in 2004 and went great.
Since then I've had some major health issues, and I have a sendentary job but I'm sick of feeling the way I do.
It's time for a change.
Why I Love It:
I love it when I do get to the gym - it gives me energy for the day and it makes me feel proud.
How I Stay Motivated:
I couldn't live without my mp3 player in the gym!
I also stay motivated by the fact that I've got some terribly EMBARRASSING photos up on this site and I desperately need to start posting some nice-looking progress shots!

Goal (Long):
My daily goals are:
To eat the correct PCF ratios (40/40/20 on low calorie days and 30/50/20 on refeed days)
To have 5 low calorie days per week (at 20% less than TDEE) and 2 refeed days per week (at TDEE)
To workout as per the RTP program 6 days per week
To drink at least 2 litres water
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 kg
Bodyfat Goal:
15%

I feel like a slacker recently. My exercise has come home I like it, not how I need it. I've only run 2X since the marathon, and its been nearly a week since I've been on my bicycle. I'll see if I'm well rested, or fat Saturday when I have a 5K
