"Spent the last 4 months bulking trying to gain some weight - went from 196# in July to 220# in Nov with a 2 and 1/2% gain in fat - so a 14.5# gain in lean body mass in 4 months. Will now train to get down to 212# and my fat level down to 12% by Dec 3"
