Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): keep up my clean nutrition and layer on the muscle
Goal (Long): ever since i can remember i have been pretty big for my age and have received comments on my size even thogh i have never seriously worked out. i have a few m8s who religiously work out but i nevr really got into it. i lost my fitness and muscle mass while drinking ovr the summer. i decided to get into shape and as i could see the results i became more interested in bodybuilding. my main goal is to stay motivated and stick to it for at least a year because i love the changes on my body+
