with weights id like to build a musclure physique. i have some sorta a visual image seem it may take 7 - 10 years to get there. i improve very slowly haha. all the best with achieve ur goals. takecare :D

To me it seems I’m guna fail as i didn’t plan this out through enough. if i do fail, this will be a good learning process for me. if i don’t fail ill be happy achieving my goal, however i will need to re-evaluate the whole process for next time i get it spot on with no errors! Anyways this is me, whats with u? takecare *sorry for flooding ur wall :D

2) -reschedule plan for October ( i will lose little to no muscle ) #Overall i have never done something like this before as I’m new to bodybuilding. This is sorta a competition i set out for myself.

Too me it seems I’m 2 months out from achieving my goal and only have 1 month left :( Anyways i have 2 options: 1) -increase cardio (2 x 15mins a day) -train 10 hours a week (weights = 6.5hrs + cardio = 3.5hrs) -eat a lil under 150 grams of carbs a day -increase protein intake (an extra 50 grams of protein) -meal spread: eat 8 times a day -eat no more than 2,500 calories a day ( i will most probably lose muscle this way )

hi, i think i stuffed up the whole plan and will not achieve my main goal (a six pack or 9% body fat by September 1st -which is approximately 1 month out). to me it seems my progress is slow, losing fat % as i give into yummie foods every now and then (once or twice a week). Also my carbohydrate intake is a lil high. Overall my total daily calorie intake is more than needed (this is the main problem).

- doing a crzy intense long workout on my legs id say: is overtraining. - and doing more than 10hrs a week weights is also: overtraining for me.

my body needed it, well it was all i could seriously do. this lasted 2 days, 3 day i was walking ok, 5th day i could walk faster. i was like a disabled person. however i improved alot from just one crzy session - which most ppl dont believe (doesnt matter). i usually only train 5 hours a week or less. however i sometimes do train up 13 hours a week.

hello. yes i actually know what it feels like to over train or work so hard. i did a crzy amount of squats (about 6 weeks ago), the next day i seriously had to crawl to the toilet, YES CRAWL - HANDS AND KNEE'S. i practically: ate, tolieted, slept, ate toileted, slept.. every 2 hours.
