When I Started:
Feb, 2007
How I Started:
ive always wanted to gain muscles ever since i was young, watching all those crzy arse cartoons (superhero/action type ones) seeing the massive amounts of muscle the characters had amazed me, but i never knew how to get muscles. i was a tennis head / runner.
WHAT GOT ME STARTED:
Was bored one day. Went to a dvd/video store hired movies, one of them was arnold schwarzenegger - pumping iron.
1 week later i watched pumping iron. from here on.... i was hooked, amazed how ppl could change the shape, size, definition of the body. i got gym membership at 21yrs. i didnt know wat i was doing, was throwing weights around + doing lots of cardio + not eating right lolz.
Why I Love It:
im new to bodybuilding (got gym membership 21 years old). working out is fun, knowing that i will benefit something from it ;)
How I Stay Motivated:
reading, seeing progress/tranformation pics, watching vids, learning, all through the internet.

Well hopefully not 7 - 10 years to see some progress, I'm sure you will see some good results in short order with persistence. It's amazing how much can be done in a short time.
Cardio is a good way to shed the remnants of a bad diet. Just need to really work on eating clean, and healthy.
My goals are to merely get toned, hard muscle everywhere. Not really looking to gain, not really looking to lose, just to make whats there, better.
