Background

When I Started: Jul 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I had always been plump growing up, so I lost 68lbs or 31 kilos since December 2008, and so I wanted to tone, strengthen ad transform my body. I achieved my first goal of losing weight, I have gained muscle and I am leaning out. I want to see how much I can change. Id love to be a role model to all other ladies out there, as anything can be done with hard work and dedication.

WHY I LOVE IT:

keeps me lean and makes me proud to know that I can achieve my goals..

Ok first week of new training and diet. Summer is coming up and looking to get shredded... So far I'm focused and happy. Trying keto to lose some more BF and so far it's going well. I will continue to post as I can.

guest Clen/winnie + high rep lat pulldowns and squats = your dream body. Stop lifting heavy and either eat less or use lighter steroids. You're obviously doing something wrong if your body looks like a bulky Samantha Stosurs, while trying to look like a lean figure girl. I don't know what u see in the mirror, but everyone else sees a thick muscular juicer with big delts and arms (those with a brain). So if your goal is to be lean, cut, slim... do wtf I said.
