How I Started:
I lost 31.5 kilos since December last year, and so I wanted to tone and strengthen. I achieved my first goal of losing weight, and I am slowly achieving my ultimate goal of transforming my body.
Why I Love It:
keeps me lean and gives me a buzz.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at people who have already transformed themselves and this keeps me motivated in achieving my goal. Also, looking at my results, makes me want to achieve more.

Where do you mainly workout?
Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
The pros are that I have access to all their equipment and I have a personal trainer to guide me. I also do weights at home every other day.
There are no cons as the gym is open 24/7.

Ha Ha ! My best friends worst sports injury happened last week when she bruised her ice cream eating elbow. It's a lonely hobby sometimes, but I'm glad I have found people who love it like I do even if some of them are pretty far away.
