init4life Yah, I admit that I cheated a few days here and there due to all the little kiddos around me and Halloween and all! But look at my progress pics...I notice the small changes so far even though I've only lost 4 lbs! Nov 7, 2011 4:37pm

init4life I hope you are on track! This is day 8 and I was able to drop 2 lbs, stuck to my 5 meals a day, and now I am drinking 1 gallon of water a day. Worked chest & tri's today and I was very pleased that I was able to actually do 4 regular push-ups unlike the zero I was able to do 7 days ago! Can't wait to get to 20 again! Oct 17, 2011 2:09pm

init4life Thank you so much for your words of encouragement! I had my BF tested today and learned that I am at 37.1%. I just about fell over when I heard that...I did that under the water testing. The good thing is, it's motivating me more to get that number down! My biggest struggle is learning how and when to eat...I was really hungry today. Baby steps here! Oct 13, 2011 1:19am

mom2e3 Oh red crayon would be so much harder to get off 20 years ago! At least they have washable EVERYTHING these days. And I can be grateful the paint was latex and not oil. But yes, kids...what can you do? lol Oct 7, 2011 5:16am

ThePinkinator_old You're welcome. You can definitely have too many carbs but you can also get too much fats and protein also. You need a good balance. Most people underestimate just how much they are consuming. 5 small meals a day is good! Make sure you are getting adequate and even amounts of protein at every meal. Oct 15, 2010 10:59am

ThePinkinator_old Hey there! Well what is your diet like now? You should eat every 3-4 hours, small meals, get protein at every meal, don't eat out often, stay away from eating fried foods, eat white meats like chicken breast, don't "drink" your calories, have a protein powder within 30 minutes after every workout.
