How I Started:
I was always lifting to play sports. Then I tore my ACL twice and realized the days of playing sports were behind me. I picked up the iron and fell in love with it.
Why I Love It:
There is no cheating! Either you can do the weight or you can not. Also it releases a lot of stress from my job.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just try to keep improving my body. I see the features other people have and I aspire to reach their level.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I cared too much about the people watching me. If I couldn't do as much weight as them, I skipped doing the lift. He pushing me to challenge myself with heavier weight. Plus you always have a spotter with a partner.
