I want a six pack! Lost 50lbs looks like 60lbs is what is needed.
Goal (Long):
I began working out back in September of 2006. I was around 250lbs and very unhappy. I gave up living with the exception of over eating and watching tv. I was begining to worry for I was starting to consider getting custom made clothes for my fat ass (literally). So I began doing cardio and an odd circuit type training which allowed me to get down to my lowest weight since leaving the Marine Corps 20 years ago 183lbs! I then began doing more weights in February of 2007 and the results are coming in but with it a gain in weight. It is a struggle to use weight as a gage anymore so I am shooting for well defined abs and will leave it at that for my goal.
Well look at her! I heard people say that tall people have a hard time developing ab muscles... I suppose no one told Jen. I am new to keeping fit so have limited knowledge but I believe that one day I'll be able to say I knew Jen when it all began. I am impressed with her work ethic and diet, and that she shares her information on how to get where she is today. It is also impressive that she seems to be a very kind person.
I look at sizzahanz's progress pics and marvel at his abs coming in rather quickly. It may take me longer but I can see how they should look once they do come in thanks to his pics. Plus he's a pretty nice guy for a young feller.
Well doing standing 21s seems to build this muscle very well.

What leg workout has worked best for you?
You know I have not done it in a long while but going to the Hilton here in town and climbing the 33 floors 3 times and a flight for 100 floors seems to be a great workout for the legs and gives new endurance for the next week. You know I have not done it in a long while but going to the Hilton here in town and climbing the 33 floors 3 times and a flight for 100 floors seems to be a great workout for the legs and gives new e...more

What abdominal workout has worked best for you?
Decline situps are starting to take their toll on the flab!
Arrrrrrgggggghhhhh! I am annoyed! I ordered a recipe book that everyone here loves on "Clean Eating". It should of been here quite awhile ago and yet somehow it was last seen in PA on Jan 6. Why are my plans always hampered not by my desire but by the error of others? Ok maybe it is...
I just stopped by to wish you continued success as you work towards your fitness goals. Exercise and a good nutrition program helped both myself and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) not only lose weight but get into the best shape of our lives. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell. I would like nothing better than to see you achieve all you dream of on your fitness journey. Keep believing & achieving!
