Incline Bench: 135lbs 5 sets and 12 reps
Flat Bench: 205lbs 5 sets 12 reps
Lat Incline Machine 90lbs each side 8,8,6,6, and burnout set (17)
Dumbells 70,60,55lbs x 10 reps and 20 pushups in between sets
Cable Cross 6 sets of 40lbs
Isolated Pullovers 5 sets of 12 125lbs
Isolated decline 90lbs 5 sets 12 reps
7min rowing machine 1000 meters
500 abs crunch machine and sit up bench
20 min walk/run
Completion Time roughly 2hrs and 45 min...
