Thank you for the add. I hope you can drop me a line once in a while for encouragement and any ideas you have. I would like to be able to ask you once in a while for pointers and/or ideas to progress. I hope to be an encouragement to you also. Thanks again and stay strong. You look great
Guess I'll have to catch you by surprise...forgot today was my nephew's 25th! :) Surprises from his auntie Elaine! Never made it to the gym. Tomorrow is another day! See ya then.
I heard a funny statement made about the gym in Chula Vista so now my curiosity is really up. lol
Nope...I don't do it. But a couple of their trainers came and did a demo class for our group fitness staff! It was tons of fun! I love that kind of stuff!
I've gone to the Hillcrest one once...not worth it; the horton plaza one...pain to get in and out and not enough equip if it is busy...so my favorite is Midway drive. I've never had a problem getting what i wanted equipment wise there. Both cardio and weight wise. I'm not a big machine user...kind of old school lifter....lol
All that new fancy training is more for athletes than the normal joe/jill that want to lose weight and just look hot.
Thanks for the ad.......two wks to the Arnold Classic and feeling fabulous @ 47...wishing you the best.

I was cheering for BSU (the greatest team in the world) of course! I was even on ESPN! I liked SD a lot! It was raining while we were there so that was a bummer, but I had a ton of fun! I actually lived there for a year when I was two, but this was my first trip back!
Thank you for the add request. I wish you the best of luck in your fitness goals.
