How I Started:
I started working out in college and it's been a way of life ever since. I loved the feeling of lifting in the gym. It was a great confidence booster. When I turned 40, I've decided to take working out to another level...so here I am.
Why I Love It:
Nothing feels better than being in good physical health. Obviously, working out gives me energy, strength, and vitality. It's also the person anti-aging program!
How I Stay Motivated:
I like looking great for my age...45 and going strong!!!I'm also the father of three, beautiful, high-energy children, and I've got to keep up with them...so working out has become a no-brianer.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm strill trying to break the 200lb weight barrier. When I started working out, I weighted abut 175lbs. I weighed 185lbs forever it seems like. This year, I've grown, thanks to my super trainer, Roy, to around 197lbs...inching slowly to the 200lbs mark!

Goal (Long):
I've always been in good shape and very healthy. I'm blessed to live in California where I've always maintaied a healthy lifestyle. Upon turning 40, I've made health and nutrition a greater priority. Although I've always trained and worked out, I've decided to take my training to a greater intensity. This site has been an excellent motivator for me. Thanks for all of the great work that you guys do everyday!!
Hey guy, thanks for the encouraging comment and good rating. I think some things are beginning to fall into place (balance)for me--nutrition, exercise, rest, spirituality, etc. You're looking pretty lean and trim yourself.
