I wouldn't worry about it until you're about 100 days out, eat and grow until then.

Yes to both of your questions... but as far as eating to grow and bf loss. I usually suggest that you'd pick one or the other... just because as a results driven sport it's clearly easier to see what's going on. But if your okay with slow progress... it can be done. Cardio in the morning on an empty stomach = greatest fat loss.

If fat loss is your goal... try a chicken breast with some salad or a low carb protein drink. It will be a good choice for late meal. If growth is your thing eat carbs... your body will need it for recovery and growth and your metabolism is up because of your recent work out. It's best (easier) to pick one goal at a time.

I find it's best to do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and lifting in the evening. Check my blog for info about sprint 8's and diet tips too. Hope this helps...

Yeah... the chicken is basically all the above. Remove the cheese and the noodles and it's a pretty good meal. I also do alot of my sprint 8 training on a elliptical... the key is monitoring your heart rate. Set the resistance to manipulate that.

Have you tried doing Sprint 8's... check out my blog. It's only 24 mins of aerobic exercise a day, it's easy and effective. It's the only thing I do if I wanna drop bf%.

you could check out my blog... but all the guys below me have made good suggestions... basically you need to eat way more than you currently are. You need to feel full all day long every day. Start with a big breakfast and end the night with a protein shake. You should be trying to eat 7 to 9 times a day. Get your fork ready... GO!
