What Not to eat... WFFFFF!
Posted in Nutrition : Jan 24, 2012 5:15pmI often get asked what a quick way to drop 20-30 pounds of body fat… one of the easiest ways I know is also one of the easiest to remember. Here’s what I tell my clients… DON”T EAT WHITE FOOD, FAST FOOD OR FRIED FOOD… WFFFFF!
Let me break that down a bit. Don’t eat anything that is white or is made from white ingredients… like refined sugar, white flour and most dairy products fall into this category too.
So you’ll need to eliminate foods like cookies, cake, waffles, bread, etc… basically no baked goods. A healthy exception would be whole multi-grain bread like D
