Some people say that you cannot lose more than one pound of BF per week without losing too much muscle too.
What's your opinion on the speed you lose body fat?

You are very welcome, my friend. Great progress there, and I can look at you, and aspire to greatness. I started school last month to become a personal trainer - the program is through National Personal Training Institute. A 600 hour program. I am doing it on weekends, as I have a full-time job. My plan is to do PT into retirement. Have a great weekend.

Thanks for the unknown inspiration...I keep digging down for more and staying consistent. Currently on a plateau...but tonight a group of guys that are younger than me commented how good I look... so something must be right.
