HOW I STARTED:

Some chick in college told me I was too skinny to have a serious relationship with... I fooled her because that wasn't exactly my interest at that time! What Not to eat... WFFFFF!

I often get asked what a quick way to drop 20-30 pounds of body fat… one of the easiest ways I know is also one of the easiest to remember. Here’s what I tell my clients… DON”T EAT WHITE FOOD, FAST FOOD OR FRIED FOOD… WFFFFF!


Let me break that down a bit. Don’t eat anything that is white or is made from white ingredients… like refined sugar, white flour and most dairy products fall into this category too.


So you’ll need to eliminate foods like cookies, cake, waffles, bread, etc… basically no baked goods. A healthy exception would be whole multi-grain bread like D

If i wanna grow, 20-24 X my body weight = how many calories a day... (for example currently I'm 237 X 24 = 5688) To maintain, about 15-18 X bw... When I cut for a show I go as low as 7-10.. ouch! I typically break down my calories by food groups into these ratios. 60% protein body weight X 1.5 to 2.0 = grams of pro 30% carbs rice, oatmeal and Leafy greens 10% fats nuts, olive oil, fish/flax oil caps

Want to burn more fat, right? We store (get) fat because of two basic reasons.  We eat too much and exercise too little. So based on that premise the solution is pretty simple.  Eat less food than you are consuming presently or exercise more and continue to eat the same... no increase in volume or change in diet selection.  Sounds pretty simple, eh?  The tricky part is that your body will respond to the added stress of exercising more by making your appetite greater or if you restrict calories too much it will hoard fat like a selfish child with a bag of candy... Sooo that...
