Trying to add a lil muscle to my frame. I've been doing martial arts off and on for 20 years. Still new at the weight training

"love" is a lil strong. I'm just tired of being the "skinny guy"

tired of being "skinny". Seeing the results in the Body Tracker. Kudos and pic comments from my friends on BB.com

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
This is probly my biggest problem. I really cant afford($) to eat the types of food that i need to. I just get whatever is on sale

Well the doc has cleared me to start lifting again after I cracked 2 ribs while i was sick (never knew it was possible to cough that hard).

 I've been enjoying the late spring weather and been working on losing the winter pasy white. I uploaded a couple new pics.

thanks, It was the first time i ever even did one! lol you know i was strutin' around the gym that day! thanks for the oblique exercises by the way. I'm focusing more on my abs and i'm really starting to see some results.

thanks fro all the encouraging words and the advice. I have been trying to target my abs and obliques more. (our program focuses more on activating your core while lifting to work other areas) but we've decided to add some cable crunches and the roman chair to it. You've been so helpful and kind. Thanks for being a great bodyspace friend. and keep up the good work yourself. You really got the motivation and you're looking great. :)
