I think these are modest goals. If I reach em beforehand, I will set new ones. I will be keeping track on the charts above.

Why I like this video: This may seem a lil strange to be on a muscle site, but you can learn alot about yourself, and what makes you tick from this 11 part video series. The whole series is about 90 mins. Its well worth the time
Monday 3/2/09 I started a new program designed on the "push/pull" philosiphy. The weights and sets/reps are what I started at. I will be posting on my workout tracker the actual weight/set/reps that I acomplish each day.

thanks, It was the first time i ever even did one! lol you know i was strutin' around the gym that day! thanks for the oblique exercises by the way. I'm focusing more on my abs and i'm really starting to see some results.

thanks fro all the encouraging words and the advice. I have been trying to target my abs and obliques more. (our program focuses more on activating your core while lifting to work other areas) but we've decided to add some cable crunches and the roman chair to it. You've been so helpful and kind. Thanks for being a great bodyspace friend. and keep up the good work yourself. You really got the motivation and you're looking great. :)
