Well I am finally motivated again.. thanks to Waynesworld and the two chicas locas that I talk to everyday(Jaded611 and Thisisme)!!!! Last night I did a killer leg workout.. I am really starting to love(sike) walking lunges and step ups.. but they really do a body good. Tonight is spin class...
Last Night, I went to help my mom fix a flat tire. Well she cooked dinner and she had piping HOT biscuits sitting there. I was a good boy and passed on it and stuck to the chicken and broccolli that she also cooked. Got legs today. What's going on for you on day 8

Good Morning Sunhine. Today for day 3 is Back and Biceps for me and later on I will run strides on the football field even though my legs are still pretty sore from Tuesday. No training during the weekend as I will be in PC Beach for the NPC Southern USA Classic...Not competing lol just cheering some fans on. Not to worry though, the diet will stay even as we take days off. Spin hard for me.
