I just boosted my protein to 200gr today. It's a start. Thanks for the pointer on that. I will raise continually to get around 300. I will assess after 3 months.

There is no weight loss program better than stress. I am doing something about it though. Nuthin' compared to your state of affairs. Oh! and I am going back to eating all real food again. I want that last patch of goo gone. Driving me nutz.

Well that is freaking awesome to hear!! Especially from someone of your sheer magnitude. A buddy at the gym told me told stick with meat and veggies to put on some good size. It’s hard to stay lean and put some weight on.
