Chad (The Natural One) Shaw has trained me for the last 9 years. However, I really didn't step-up to my current condition until I decided to enter the 2009 transformation contest. Chad has guided my nutrition for the last 4 months step-by-step. I have dropped from 206 to 181.
Why I Love It:
It brings focus and stability to my life. I love to achieve my personal goals. I have learned to never become to content because the obsticles will continue to change.
How I Stay Motivated:
If you had a coach like Chad Shaw, you wouldn't let him down either!! Chad is an expert of diet and excercise.
His dedication , against all odds, have proven that it is the mind that controls the body. This man cannot be stopped by any physical challenge. It is a rare reward to have friend that challenge you to be the best you can be. I would not be who I am without a friend like Chad.
My workout partner is a trainer. He does a lot of research which I have greatly benefitted from. I have avoided over training by intensity training when I am there.
Why I like this video: This is a video I made with a friend of mine who has worked his entire adult life as a body builder. I think the video is a fairly good artistic representation of his retrospective.
Initially, like most contestants, I entered with aspirations of what I would do with twenty-five thousand dollars. I thought, “All I need to do is fill out a contest form, take some pictures with a newspaper and oh ya, get into shape”. I had wanted to do that anyway. Summer was right around...
Hey bro..I appreciate it..Basic foods for me are: Chicken, brown rice, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, lean ground beef and sometimes fish..That's about it..oh, and green vegetables..

Don't know. That damn siatic nerve is really being a pain. Keeps shooting pain down the back of my leg and I cant feel my foot. It's completely numb. This one is gonna be a stubborn one to get over.
the intro. drawing on your site, I meant to ask you this, where/what part of the country was that done in? It's look familiar to me. I grew up in the Adirondacks, maybe that is why.
Well thats cool, I will certainly welcome the compliment!!! Yes, that is one business that I am involved in. My brother is a doctor so he is the lead. Love this a.v.i. you have here!!
awe, ty no, I work in the industry and I used to model but I am real modest about that stuff caus I was a powerlifter and a real gear head, I am a former engineer. My body said one thing but I follow my brain and let that lead the way. I love the sport.
Yeh stress is a killer forsure. So is being laid up and injured cause then you get stressed and you just sit on it cause you cant go to the gym to release any of it. SO how do you relieve stress then you may ask? Heavy narcotics my friend, LOL!
Hey, doing ok, everythings ok when your doc gives you heavy doses of narcotics, LOL! I'm hoping I will able to get in the gym this weekend and do something, even if it's just walking a treadmill. Hows everything going on your end?
