How I Started: As a kid I had asthma so I was very limited in the activities I could get involved in. I found my first gym when I was twelve. I worked there to pay for my membership and hung out everyday.

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Gain muscle while shreading fat. Keeping focus on the big picture.
Goal (Long): I have gained a lot of good muscle weight in the past two years. I am not an easy gainer. My goals are to increase my muscularity while shedding the fat off. I fear that I could lose what I have worked so hard to achieve to slice up. I am open for some good advice.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 7%

Where do you get your workout programs?
My workout partner is a trainer. He does a lot of research which I have greatly benefitted from. I have avoided over training by intensity training when I am there.

Yeh, being sick sucks! Look on bright side, it's gonna rain like a mother f-r for the next 4 days straight and maybe even snow on monday so you wont have to worry about outside chores and you can focus on getting better and hitting the gym!
