Workout Program:
I lift free weights three times a week and do cardio twice a week

My schedule is something like this

Monday
Upper Body

Tuesday
Cardio

Wednesday
Lo wer body

Thursday
Cardio

Friday
Uppe r Body

Saturday
Cardio

Sunday
Free day

Sometimes I will flip these around if my lower body needs more work.
