How I Started:
When I was 16 I started by seeing how many pushups and pullups I could do. From that I found I had the genetics and the determination to easily stack on muscle. I put on forty lbs. of muscle mass in my senior year of highschool and was able to outlift the entire football team.
Why I Love It:
Weightlifting is my life. Its an avenue for me to show true determination.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror

My biceps went from 16 to 18 in. in 3 months all naturally. Gained 40lbs. of lean mass in 6 months.
