How I Started:
I was competing in several bikini contests for Hooters and was working with Maxim and Stuff magazines doing different photoshoots. This really motivated me to tighten up.
Why I Love It:
It has become a habit. If I do not workout I feel tired, irritable, bloated, and unhealthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
By keeping a lot of my old clothes and swimsuits around. If they don't fit right, then I know it's time to make some changes in my fitness program.
No more soft body! I want to keep my muscles feminine, but I want them to become more defined, especially for my lower abs, upper arms, and upper thighs. I want to weigh just under 115 pounds and carry a body fat percent of around 16%. I want to be small, yet rock hard!
