How I Started:
When I was in middle school my football coach would take the eighth graders over to the high school and teach us how to train on the weights. Since then I was hook on working out especially in the weight room.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it make you feel so much better when you get done working out. I love watching my body transform after hard weeks of being in the gym and it’s a good hobby.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at fitness magazines and try to accomplish the body I want as some of the models in the magazines have.
BB Accomplishments:
I was in the best shape in my life back in 2005 when I was station at ALli AL Salem in Kuwait. I work out in the gym for seven months straight and was on a strict diet. My max bench press was 305 and I had a six pack out of this world. I weighed about 165 standing 69'.
