My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

MusclePharm LiveShredded and BuffMother.com

I follow routines and diet plans from MusclePharm LiveShredded and BuffMother.com.  Both programs work upper-body one day and lower-body the next day.  They both incorporate HIIT Cardio.  I tend to run outside or on my treadmill for cardio.  I workout 6 days/week with Sunday usually as a Rest Day.

bobbiejo30 Im soo glad your doing the challenge! You look so pretty in ur pics! Even though the holidays were rough on some of us, I think our before pics still look better than last years! There's def a difference gaining with some muscles. Last yr I had Nooo muscles and felt so flabby, but even when I syaryed this with the same measurements, I didn't cringe as bad as last yr, lol!
