Overall Goal:  getting back to it! been playing baseball all summer so all of my workouts have been for maintenence.. plus spinal rehab.. got all winter to get to it!

Fit Status:  Have been going through Spinal rehab all summer to fix a twist in my upper spine creating some dyssymetry in shoulders.. getting back to it!

Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?
I live a very active lifestyle.. its not about what you can do in the gym... but how well you can do the things you love outside the gym. I enjoy kayaking and hiking a lot, where I can use my talents ...more
