When I Started:
How I Started:
Well as cliche as it sounds, i had always been the skinny kid among my friends. I was sick of being pushed around alot when i played basketball so i decided to get bigger. Started working out with a friend and when i started to see results my mind just went into overdrive, never looked back since.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good and healthy. It also acts as my time to myself where i can totally focus and be in my own little world.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well im studying a bachelor of physical education as well as training to become a PT, no one trusts a skinny personal trainer so i thought i'd change my body as advertisement. Looking at bodyspace members and saying "i want those arm, those lats etc". And can't forget that pump that makes u look massive in the gym. I know what my body looks like then and i strive to better it.
umm over the summer i worked out everyday, but since school opened back up and i have a job i get like 3-4 days out of the week... i usually do cardio to warm up, like 1 1/2 mile and depending on the day i either go light weight heavy reps and sets... or heavy weight light reps and sets... and for abs i do like 25 crunches, 25leg throws, 25 leg ups, and 25 oblique crunches each side... i do all that 3 sets or more...
Hey man, do some slow- digesting carbs throughout the day, get some fiber in periodically as well. Do interval cardio for your warm-up then do your weight routine, followed by low- intensity cardion for about 30 min after
Thanks. In short: reduce carbs with mainly low GI carbs (fiberous veggies and fruit), supplement with protein & aminio acids, 6 meals a day, 30-45min PWO low-med intensity cardio 4-5 days. One cheat meal a week. And a lot of patience! That's essentially how I did it.
eat clean..train hard, high reps, dont overtrain tho..supplement right by using cellucor, use the T7 and majical things will happen..

as me how to save!
Thanks bro. have 5-6 meals a day. take you bodyweight multiply it by 1.5 that will give you the amount of protein a day you should take, now divide by 6 meals (small meals but enough to fill you up), I recommend you see a professional in nutrition so you can achieve your goal correctly. or you can easily find diet books to guide you I suggest joyzone.com peace bro
cheers bro.
all the best for the bulk.
as for how i atained my physique, it was all a matter of trial and error until i found what worked for me. i suggest you do the same bro, as everyine is different.
Stay dedicated,
Josh
