Have you ever had a lifting injury?
No
- Updated Jan 14, 2008 3:45am

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
I'd say poor form. I often injure myself in the course of day-to-day life, but have not done so in the gym. I attribute this to having decent form for workouts and no form for picking up laundry from ...more

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Presses without a spotter. I have a friend that tore his elbow and had he not had a spotter would have dropped the weight on his neck. That makes me nervy!

My deadline on the Gold's Challenge is March 30th. With little less than a month less I'm doing major strategizing. I'm also trying to decide what I want to do after the contest. The majority of that will likely depend on my exact weight and fitness level at the end thereof. I do want to...

Workout Program:
I work out with a trainer once a week. That is my most difficult weight day and also the day where I eat the most for energy and recovery. The rest of the week I exercise and cut calories. I do both weights and cardio as time permits.

Thank you for you comment on my new pic! That was very sweet of you. How are your workouts? I'm still recovering from my illness, its taking forever! Well, it doesn't help that I'm also a workaholic. Haven't been to the gym because I was so sick. I'm hoping to start up sometime next week so I can get back in the groove. How are you? Making any gains? Have a great weekend and take care. ~Jesse

I just dropped by to welcome you to BB.com and to wish you success in achieving all of your goals. I used the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks and had good results. If you are interested I recommend you give it a look-see. It isn’t super easy but it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. Feel free to give me a yell.
