ArabAesthetic You don't need to lift weights in order to gain muscles. You can still use your bodyweight and perform harder and advanced exercises in order to put a humongous tension on your muscle to make them grow. Search on youtube for LittleBeastM, Hannibal for king, Lada pridal, Adam raw, etc. ^ These guy's are huge and have great skills and flexibility and only practice calisthenics. Apr 2, 2013 8:07am

kmalykhina Yeah something like that. My coach doesn't want me paying attention to my weight or my body fat percentage so I haven't been. I know my weight really hasn't changed though but most definitely have dropped a lot of body fat Mar 10, 2013 9:01pm
