I have found that my results started really taking off of taking supplements on a daily basis.

My daily intake is Visalus Vi-pak includes a multi mineral & vitamin, anti-aging & energy, omega 3 and supercharged antioxidant. Vitamin B Complex, Amino Acid (MAP), C9-T11.

MAP 30 min. before a work out.
