Just wanted to share with you ...I know that everyone has a story, i am struggling with my nutrition because i also cook for a parent as well. The food i cook for me they won't eat or don't like so i have to make two meals most of the time. It is easier to make one meal but it will be way out of what i need for my body, I have even tried to disguise the meals. Tried cooking food for two days in advance but they dont like leftovers... hard because im a chef and cook all day just don't want to... Go to BodyBlog

velvet5900 Thanks! When looking at yourself in the mirror, you're not going to see it, but you will see it in your progress pictures, your measurements and your body fat count. I take pic's every 2 weeks, to keep myself accountable and update my stats, no matter what. You should try it, even if you don't post your pic's, it will be for you ti view, you know.
