How I Started:
I was introduced by an exboyfriend. I've always been the chunky one of my family and have never cared about working out, but when I started going to the gym I fell in love with it and seeing the results, it just kept me motivated. I went from a size 11 to a size 3-4. My goal is to be in a competition :))
Why I Love It:
I love to work out because it releaves so much stress and makes me feel so much better about myself.
