I always worked out but like most women worked out wrong and had terrible eating habits. A friend told me a few things I should do to begin seeing results and I did them. The transformation began. Since this time I have lost about 20lbs and have gone from 24% body fat to 16%. Now I am ready to step up my game to achieve fitness model status.
Why I Love It:
When I hit the gym at the start of my day (usually 6am) I feel like I can take on the world. I am centered and happy. Sometimes dragging myself out of bed in the morning, particularly in the winter, is tough but the feeling I have afterwards is addictive. I love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Shopping and fitting my sexy body into sexy clothes. I also have the most beautiful boyfriend in the world. I love going out with him, looking sexy and tipping:)
BB Accomplishments:
My genetically little arms, I call them my dinosaur arms...they are starting to have cuts in them. I worked particularly hard to get my triceps to pop. I still have a ways to go but much progress has been made.

I am making progess but got off track a bit by reintroducing cardio (against my trainers wishes) so as of Monday, I will be back on the "weight training" track!
Much better...bodyfat % is down and the muscle is up, so I'm happy. Making some minor adjustments. Which Bally's do you go to? I used to be a trainer at the Pentagon City...
did it say that really? well i have to eat before i workout.. if i don't i feel like i am going to puke and don't have any energy to get threw my workout
Thanks for your comments and inquiry. To trim fat I add some cardio but mostly step up my reps and sets. I do a ton of lunges and I think this helps to shape and define the quads. Cutting out most simple sugars in your diet and adding good fats in small quantities will make a difference. Make sure you get adequate protein sources. Hope this helps.
the flaxseed hasn't given me any results that I can 'see', it's just supposed to be good for you, good fat.
Have you been practicing pull ups? Doing negatives (starting at top and lowering yourself) works great for learning.
