How I Started:
My dad got me started working out right before I went off to college.
Why I Love It:
Working out is my Zen. It is my way of relieving stress. I feel so damn good when I'm working out and eating healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation is cyclical. I'll be hardcore healthy for 6 months and not for 4 and then back again. It's usually not difficult for me to find that motivation from within but I get distracted from my goals either because of stress or partying with my hardcore drinking buddies. I plan to stay motivated by focusing on set goals and measuring my progress.
BB Accomplishments:
There has been periods where I was huge and felt good too... I was extremely skinny in HS. That changed once I started college.

I haven't been to the gym in almost 6 months, and as a result, I've gained a lot of fat and lost a lot of muscle. During that time I was smoking cigarettes and drinking. That **** stops now. I'm going to change my lifestyle for good.

I guess if you don't need it for motivation, then there isn't much of a point. You can see the results every day in the mirror. The Saints hat...the Saints are actually my favorite team. I like the Cardinals too, but given that I just became a fan last year, I think I'm more of a fairweather Card fan. I just straight up like the Saints even if they didn't go to the Super Bowl last year :P

wow dude, totally hadn't checked my profile in weeks, just happened to sign on for ****s and giggles tonight. i'll email you something in the next day or two on the calorie cycling. btw, i'll be in phx for xmas from dec 20 to jan 4, tho i'll be in the process of studying for some huge exams in jan, but i'll try to make it out to tempe to chill. take it easy man
