hey man randomest thign hapened the othe rnight. so i was out drinkin and hurled all over a bathroom in this restaurant. and some guy starts cleaning my throwup 4 me! he says no problem mate weve all been their. then takes me 2 the bar with his buddys 4 another drink. turns out theyr british army skdivers training in lake elsinore(close 2 where i live). i thought of u 4 some reason lol. damn those brits party hard!! small world huh?

i think you are breaking your own rules for squatting in the video "You should never allow your knees to go past your toes...Descend until your thighs are parallel with the floor." i see ur knees going past your toes, and you are not descending parallel to the floor. maybe im mistaken plz write back

im glad to hear you are doing good stu. remember that whole thing about balance? well i kinda just cracked and went all out for two weeks of partying hahaha. it was fun but now im paying for it, my strength and endurance fell. im just trying to get back into the mix. i got my head on straight now, 185lbs here i come!

i mix dumbell hammer curls with ez bar preacher curls. along with good old fashioned pullups. but other than that really nothing

ive been slacking off because ive been trying to get settled into my new schedule. i just started college plus i am working but i pretty much start lifting again today. gonna hit it hard.
