Gain strength, speed, and size to become a better athlete.
Goal (Long):
It doesn't matter if I play rugby or football this spring, the goals are the same. I want to weigh around 210-215 and increase my strength and speed while maintaining a low body fat percentage between 7-12% BF. My speed needs to stay below the 4.6 mark I set this past fall. So, anything in the 40 below a 4.69 would be good. My pro agility also needs to stay below 4.4 like I have ran in the past. I just need a little more size.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
8-12. Hypertrophy is achieved...better growth.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
between one minute-two minutes. Seems right.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
The Rock. He's a tank and seems to get around well.
