Why am I not losing my man boobs yet? I am just wondering. Could it be my chest workout? I eat clean and I lost a lot. It seems like my lower chest (a bit saggy) and lower abs are the hardest for me. Can you tell me a workout that will focus on the lower part more? I do a lot of inclines.
