What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I do HIIT three days a week right after my workouts. That's the best cardiovascular excerise that seems to work for me. Sometimes I would do low intensity cardio but that's only on the days that I don't feel good. And I don't monitor my heart rate because I know my heart rate is way above the rate for burning fat.
