What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I do HIIT three days a week right after my workouts. That's the best cardiovascular excerise that seems to work for me. Sometimes I would do low intensity cardio but that's only on the days that I don't feel good. And I don't monitor my heart rate because I know my heart rate is way above the rate for burning fat. Depends on what you mean by man-boobs. Based upon your avatar, I'm guessing it's subtle. If not, consider discussing it with your doctor. As for lower chest work, decline bar presses with chains seems to work for me. Possibly some weighted dips, as well. Best of luck, amigo.
thanks dude - I do a pretty standard chest session - bench, incline bench, chest flys, but I'm a big believer in drop sets (non stop sets dropping from a high weight). At the moment I'm bulking so eating like mad
thanks bro, im glad you are eating more meals, that is the first thing. after that, just try and eat foods in their rawest form, less preservatives, more natural foods. tuna, chicken, lean beef, protein shakes, brown rice, oatmeal, oranges and apples, and raw almonds is about all i eat. its all what you eat in the game. good luck!
