What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I do HIIT three days a week right after my workouts. That's the best cardiovascular excerise that seems to work for me. Sometimes I would do low intensity cardio but that's only on the days that I don't feel good. And I don't monitor my heart rate because I know my heart rate is way above the rate for burning fat. Thanks man...I go light weight and high reps because I find that this cuts you up more, the heavier the weight the thicker the abs get and you may possibly widen the waist a bit..I train abs 5 days a week, so I don't want to over-do it with the heavy weighted ab routines.

Lol....well thank you for noticing that! I normally wouldn't even stoop to the Hater's level but I was annoyed bc it been EVERYWHERE this week! anyway! Thx! She now wants my nutritional and training advice....go figure! lol
