Working out with my brother for football.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it adds structure to my life. It keeps me out of trouble and it makes me feel good about being me.
How I Stay Motivated:
This website has motivated me alot.. before I workout I get on here and look at progress pics and watch a couple videos.. Feels great to know that we are all working hard together. I feel that I can accomplish my goals with help from the community now.
my lean mass is 160 lbs, actual weight is 173.. i want to raise lean mass to 170, and total weight to 180 lbs. so once i hit 170.. its time to very very slowly start working my way to 180... almost there :)
My ultimate goal is to make it on the cover of a magazine... any magazine will do, :)
your discipline is impressive man. my biggest cheat is red wine. i've figured out how much extra cardio i need to do for every glass, so i pay the price accordingly. LOL. i'd knock someone down a flight of stairs for your definition man. great work.
I know who could give you good advice - my friend batlats on here. He has been in a few magazines and he does comps as well. I dont know his technique but he is the expert at getn shredded I have seen him do this process a few times!
Chase i dont remember if competing was one of your goals...or is wanting to be in fitness magazines the main one? Do you have one of those modelmayhem pages? I see lots of people on here do. some have been in magazines too.
