Working out with my brother for football.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it adds structure to my life. It keeps me out of trouble and it makes me feel good about being me.
How I Stay Motivated:
This website has motivated me alot.. before I workout I get on here and look at progress pics and watch a couple videos.. Feels great to know that we are all working hard together. I feel that I can accomplish my goals with help from the community now.

I've just started a couple days ago. But,
Breakfest: Oatmeal
Lunch: Peanut butter sandwhich, carrots.
Dinner: Nothing fried: Rice,Chicken,Vegetables.
I have no idea what im getting myself into, hopefully you understand :P
Get your classes done first. Training is very tiring - mentally as well - having to deal with non motivated people takes much effort! you have a great thanksgiving as well. Nice hearing from you!
Thank u. I would luv to be as lean as you - takes lots of discipline! I am ISSA certified. But my gym offers lots of continuing education seminars for free. I train quite a few elderly ladies with various limitations - arthritis, osteoporosis etc. I train a big variety of people young and old. its fun!
