Was Fedup the way my body looked, my back was hurting, couldn't play my favourite sport Golf because of the back pain.
Why I Love It:
The Energy it gives you to go all day and beyond and it's challenging and Fun.

For those gym rats. I can't stress this enough that it is imperative that you maintain proper form when doing your reps. I see a lot of people in the gym doing heavy weights and very few reps with those heavy weights and there skinny as bones. If that's what your goal is to get super lean...
